I heard Bumble and Bumble dehydration therapy 3 is excellent but can't find it anywhere and its super expensive! Anything comparable? I have also tried CHI but it doesn't seem to help me much.

Redken anti-snap is fantastic, I used it when my hair was really fragile and snapping off and it really helped. It was the only leave in product I found that actually stopped more hair breaking off.

cut your hair,once hair is damaged it cant be repaired,best treatment is to have it trimmed regularly
