I waz doing my hair in da bathroom and i dropped my chi on the suramic steps leading down to our underground bath, then, it falls into the bathtub and get a whole bunch of water in it. so now itz cracked and watterloggged. :(

read the reviews some good and some bad. in a few reviews are girls who used the chi hair straightener too. i actually bought this thing who i am totally satisfied. my hair was shiny and kinda soft before than after using it, it made my hair more shiny and soft. this straightener had a digital setting for different type of hair. not only does this straightener straightens your hair dry but also wet. i recommend that you don't use this while your hair is wet only slightly wet. about $30 .

I have so many friends that love their Chi flat irons and most of them have had them brake. So when I went to buy a new flat iron I went to this website called Folica.com and they have tons of really nice ceramic flat irons including the Chi. But the Chi doesn't let you adjust the temperature and sometimes can fry your hair, but the irons on this website are really awesome. They are a bit pricey, but well worth the money. I bought the pink solia 1" and it is so awesome and I have the craziest curly hair. Or you can just go to Sally's if you have one in your city and pick up one of their ceramic flat irons because they are pretty reasonable in price. But look for ones with tourmaline because that is supposed to protect your hair from getting scorched. Hope I helped!

they have one's at sally beauty supply or even at walmart. i got my revlon one at wal-mart. it works awesomely and it only cost about $20

the most expensive ones arent always the better ones.

i still have a working one i got about a year ago. ive dropped it so many times, and it still hasnt broken yet. i got that one at sally beauty supply.

the best flat irons are ones you can get at drug stores.
