YES CHI HAS THE BEST FLAT IRON THE LAST FOR A LONG TIME AND THEY WORK GREAT NO THEY DONT FRIE YOU HAIR THAT BADLY UNLESS YOU TURN THE HEAT UP SO HIGH SOME TIME IT'S DOES PROTECT YOU AND SOMETIMES IT DONT

I would get the chi. But all flat irons damage your hair to some extent. But the chi wont damage as much as the other ones.

I saw this iron on Judge Alex. A girl was suing her best friend for stealing hers. She made a little film for the Judge that showed why this iron was so important. The before and after were amazing. I mean, what a difference!! I hear it softens your hair.

yeas chis are really that great they maintain a temperature of three hundred and sixty five degrees, although it sounds extreme it straightens your hair from the inside out. But do not abuse any flat iron because over usage will caouse it to break, and start to thin. it is worth the extra money because I have had mine for five years and the plates are not chipping or pulling hair
