Frizz Problem??

Okay, my hair is super frizzy! I have tried everything. I even have a Turbo Chi hair straightener. It helps but my hair is still frizzy. Any one have an idea about what would work?

Bed Head After Party works like a miracle! It's a little pricey but works fantastic. Try looking for it on E-bay sometimes they sell a couple bottles at once it's a little cheaper. Also, a little bit goes a long way with that stuff.

I sometimes suffer from frizz after I straighten my hair, I have found if you spray hairspray on your brush then brush your hair it helps frizz %26amp; doesn't leave a ton of hairspray on your head.

I have very curly hair and have a tendency to frizz as well. A resource you may want to check out is a book by Lorraine Massey called "Curly Girl." I started using her methods in April 2002 and I have little frizz to speak of anymore - even living in hot, humid Florida. The highlights of her routine are:

- no detergent (sulfate) based shampoos

- no silicones (other than amodimethicone) in your products as they have a tendency to be very drying to curly hair

- air-drying whenever possible (or using a gentle diffuser)

You may also want to go to the message boards at www.naturallycurly.com and spend some time there reading what other curlies have to say - many of them are also CG advocates, but you will also find a lot of advice on good products and styling routines.
